Onsite Installation

We hand-carry all of the materials from our trailer and build on-site. So, no fence removals or tire marks in your yard to worry about.

3/4" Plywood Floor Sheathing

We use 3/4" thick, heavy-duty sheets of plywood to sheath the floor, leaving you with a super-strong floor, that will stand the test of time.

30-Year Architectural Shingles

You get three different popular colors of shingles to choose from.

2x6 Treated Floor Joists

To ensure your shed has a strong, durable floor, we use 2x6 floor joists, rather than 2x4. The use of pre-treated lumber on these floor joists, will help avoid premature rotting, so your shed will last as long as you need it.

Solid Block Footings

Our sheds are elevated and leveled with solid cement blocks, to ensure many years without rot or damage from insects.

2x4 Wall Construction

All of our walls are framed with premium 2x4 wall studs.

LP Smart Side Wall Panels

We use LP Smart Side panels for our shed walls. They come pre-primed in a natural tan color, as well as pre-treated to prevent water absorption.

No-Maintenance PVC Trim

We only use PVC trim boards because they will never rot and they will never need to be painted.

Gable Vents

All of our sheds have gable air vents included, free of charge.

Locking Door T-Handle

All of our doors come with a locking T-handle and keys.

4" Roof Overhangs

Our sheds have a 4" roof overhang all the way around, to help keep the rain and other bad weather out.

Windows

All of our sheds come with windows. If your shed is under 80 sq ft. you'll get one window, 80 sq ft. and above, you'll get two windows.
